Item: Bridge Race (Chrome Extension) · Last updated: July 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the Chrome extension Bridge Race ("the Extension", "we", "us", "our") handles information when you install and use it. The Extension lets you play the Bridge Race arcade running/building game directly inside your browser. All game code and assets run entirely inside the Extension itself, on your own device — the Extension does not load or call the game from any external website or server. We built it to run without collecting, storing, or sharing your personal information.
By installing and using the Extension, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Extension.

The Extension does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data, browsing history, or user activity. Specifically, the Extension does not collect:
Unlike some browser games that load their content from a remote website or iframe, Bridge Race runs entirely from files packaged inside the Extension. The Extension does not fetch the game, its assets, or any gameplay logic from an external server, and does not open network connections to any third-party game platform while you play.
The Extension may save gameplay settings or progress locally on your device — for
example, control preferences, sound/volume settings, or how far you've progressed. This is
done using standard web storage available to the Extension's own page (such as
localStorage or IndexedDB), scoped to the Extension itself.
The Extension's manifest requests no runtime browser permissions and no host
permissions — it does not declare permissions or
host_permissions such as storage, tabs,
activeTab, or scripting. The Extension cannot read or interact
with the content of your browser tabs, browsing history, or other websites. Because it
requests no permissions that grant access to user data, it has no technical ability to
collect, read, or transmit such data.
The game itself runs inside a dedicated sandboxed page
(index.html), which also serves as the Extension's options page and is
declared in the manifest's sandbox section. This sandboxed page has its own
relaxed content security policy (allowing unsafe-eval,
unsafe-inline, and blob: resources) because the game engine that
powers Bridge Race needs these capabilities to run. This is a standard, Chrome-supported
isolation mechanism: the sandboxed page runs with a unique, opaque origin, cannot access
extension APIs, cookies, or storage belonging to any other page, and cannot reach out to
your other browser tabs. It only executes the bundled game code shipped inside the
Extension — it does not load scripts from the internet.
The Extension does not use cookies, web beacons, pixels, fingerprinting, or any other tracking technology.
The Extension does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising networks, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs, and it does not send any data to an external server operated by us or by any third party. If this ever changes, this Privacy Policy will be updated in advance to disclose exactly what is collected and why.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share user data with third parties, advertisers, or data brokers, for the simple reason that the Extension does not collect any such data in the first place. There are no parties — us, the game developer, analytics providers, advertisers, or any other third party — with whom user data is shared, because none is ever collected or transmitted off your device.
Because the Extension does not transmit data off your device, there is no server-side storage of your information for us to secure. Any local game data is protected by the security model of your browser and operating system.
Since we do not collect or store any personal data on our systems, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete on your behalf under regulations such as the GDPR (EU/EEA), UK GDPR, or the CCPA/CPRA (California). Any locally stored game data is entirely under your control and can be removed at any time by uninstalling the Extension or clearing your browser's storage for it.
The Extension does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your region), because it does not collect information from any user at all.
The Extension runs locally in your browser regardless of your location, and no personal data is transferred across borders because none is collected or transmitted.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Extension or for legal/regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
